A Weekend in NC

This post is a little late! Anna and I went up to North Carolina in the end of September to see my mom for her birthday. We went to the zoo in Asheboro while we were there and had a wonderful time!

What a wonderful month!

The Sandbar with the Talberts

We met up with our friends the Talberts last Saturday for a day at the Sandbar. We had a great time. I took lots of pictures of the kids and have none of the adults! Anna spotted a "duck" in the marsh grass.

Anderson is a true water lover! He stayed in the water all day!

Anderson was a good sport and shared his toys with Anna. She had her hands full, but still wanted his shovel!

Anderson was trying to rationalize with Anna why he needed to keep one toy.

Anna was plotting her move.

And she won. Poor little guy!

What a perfect day out on the water! So much fun!
